48-HOUR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
Regardless of circumstances, private lessons not cancelled or rescheduled a MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS before the start time will be charged as if the student attended.

Bookings may be cancelled via:
• Our online booking system
• An email sent before the 48-hour deadline to [email protected]

REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Single lesson and package credits are redeemable before their expiration date but NOT REFUNDABLE or transferable to another purchase.

PREPAID LESSONS
Lessons must be paid at the time of booking. If a student cancels their lesson with a minimum of 48-hours notice, they will receive one lesson credit that can be applied to another booking of equal time length. No refunds will be offered for cancelled lessons.

6-MONTH EXPIRATION
All lesson and package credits expire 6 months from purchase, unless otherwise designated at the time of purchase.

PACKAGES
All lessons in a package must be used up before they expire. Partial refunds for unused package credits will not be given.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer two subscription options, either weekly (4 lessons per month) or biweekly (2 per month). To receive these discounted rates, you must commit to a MINIMUM OF FOUR (4) MONTHS. 30-days notice is required for cancellation.

We will book and hold a regular time slot for you every week or every other week in perpetuity. If you early cancel a lesson, the lesson credit must be rescheduled and used up before the next monthly renewal date.

TEACHER CANCELLATION
If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson may be booked at a time that is mutually convenient.

TARDINESS
If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. This loss of time will not be made up at another time. If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not contacted us, the teacher is free to go.
